Risk of Loss
All items purchased from IWOWA.COM are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your order does become lost in delivery, email us and losses will be handled on a case by case basis. In most cases we will be willing to reship your order; however, a reshipped order will always require a delivery confirmation signature from the recipient.

Refund Policy, Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, and all products or services are non-refundable. If you should receive merchandise that is damaged, then please contact customerservice@iwowa.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. Customer Service will make arrangements with you, for you to ship your merchandise back to us at your expense. After we receive your damaged merchandise, a replacement of the same item will be shipped to you at no charge. If Customer Service does not receive notice from you within 30 days from the receipt of your order, your item will not be replaced.
